Located in the McLaren Vale region of South Australia, Mollydooker is known for its opulent and silky red wines made from quintessential Australian varieties such as Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Launched in 2006 by husband and wife duo, Sparky and Sarah Marquis had initially set out to make the best bulk wine in Australia, and instead now produce some of the highest rated Australian wines in America. With their vineyards being located in the prime of Seaview Ridge, ancient soils combined with Mediterranean climate assist in the production of some of the most iconic and fully sustainable grapes. Each vintage, Seaview Ridge contributes to an 80,000 dozen cases of wine from Mollydooker. Today, Sarah has taken the reigns as sole owner and now oversees the running of the business as well the winemaking process with the assistance of her talented and devoted team.
